Some of your long forgotten social networking past could be about to make a comeback thanks to changes from two of the most popular sites.

Twitter is now offering marketing companies the opportunity to pay for access to up to 2 years of past tweets. Until now it has only been possible to buy access to updates made in the past 30 days.
